The V-1 is a missile weapon equipped with a pulse jet engine developed by the German Air Force during World War II; it can be considered the founder of today's cruise missiles. The designation "V-1" is an abbreviation for "Vergeltungswaffe 1;" its official name is Fi 103.
Takom's new model kit of the V-1 launch site includes a V-1 flying bomb (without interior parts), the catapult launch paid (which will be an incredible 96cm long when completed!), and the starter, steam catapult, and spare piston.
