Revell 03787 1/32 Arado Ar 196A-3 Seaplane

Arado Ar 196A-3 Seaplane

Precision meets maritime history: The model kit of the Arado Ar196A-3 in 1:32 scale allows you to faithfully replicate one of the most successful naval aviators of the Second World War. The well-thought-out design allows both the closed and open display of the bonnet - perfect for the authentic presentation of the detailed engine.

The Arado Ar196 was the standard seaplane of the German Kriegsmarine and operated from battleships and cruisers. Between 1938 and 1944, more than 500 examples were built, which proved particularly successful in reconnaissance and submarine hunting. The agile aircraft offered its two-man crew excellent visibility and, thanks to its robust design, was able to take off and land even in rough seas.

  • Finely textured cockpit details with scale instrumentation and authentic interior design
