The original Heinkel Kabine which was designed by the famous German aircraft manufacturers was made with a steel unit body and the interior was accessed by an opening front. Unlike some of its competitors, it had a four speed gear box plus a reverse gear. Its top speed was 56 mph which in those days was probably a bit scary for the passenger, considering it was only a three-wheeler!
