This A321 began life with Cathay Dragon in 2003 and when they ceased trading it was placed in storage before it was decided to convert it to the new P2F freighter configuration. QANTAS picked up the aircraft after a major refurbishment and placed it in to service in March 2024 operating as Express Freighters Australia trading as Qantas Freight.
