Hasegawa 65891 1/72 VF-11B Thunderbolt W/Rocket Booster Macross Plus
The VF-11B Thunderbolt equipped with rocket boosters on the top and bottom of the fuselage from the OVA "Macross Plus" gets a 1/72-scale model kit from Hasegawa! This unit was used for tracking and recording tests to determine the YF-21's enemy bullet evasion and aerial combat capabilities; Isamu Dyson piloted Chaser 1, one of three units that appeared.
This kit includes a new plastic rocket booster, a closed landing-gear cover, and a support for the display stand. The tip of the rocket booster is made of clear parts. Since it's intended to be displayed in flight, a stand for display is included too. Decals are also included for Isamu Dyson's ride.
