

Hasegawa 00448 1/72 F-16CJ Block 50 Fighting Falcon
The F-16C Fighting Falcon is a tactical fighter aircraft developed from the F-16A PLUS.
Since its adoption by the U.S. Air Force, the F-16 has undergone improvements under the Multi-Phase Improvement Program (MSIP). The F-16C's radar fire control system has been upgraded from the APG-66 to the APG-68, improving target search and identification capabilities.
The new AIM-120 (AMRAAM) missile also enables simultaneous attacks on multiple targets, significantly improving air combat capabilities. The engine bay has been improved to accommodate both the Pratt & Whitney F-100 and the General Electric F-110. Externally, a distinctive feature is the extension of the vertical stabilizer root, which houses the ECM equipment, and a large bulge.
